The Bridal Suite at 10 Castle Street

Flooded with stunning natural light, the room created a calm and beautiful setting for bridal preparations. The pink and white pinstripe wallpaper added a subtle, stylish charm, perfectly complementing the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere of the house. At the centre of the room sat a grand bed, perfect for those all important bridemaid pyjamas shots! It was the ideal backdrop for quiet moments, final touches, and those special pre-ceremony memories.

A Sunshine-Filled Church Ceremony in Cranborne

Luísa & Tim were married in the local church, just a short walk across the road from 10 Castle Street. On a day blessed with uninterrupted sunshine, guests took a short wander down the road to the ceremony, enjoying the charm of Cranborne village and the relaxed pace of a countryside wedding. The ceremony itself was heartfelt and joyful, there’s definitely something undeniably romantic about a village church wedding, especially when paired with a country house celebration just moments away.

Not one, but Two Bridal Looks

Luísa looked effortlessly stylish, choosing two exquisite wedding dresses that perfectly reflected each chapter of the day. For the ceremony, she wore a beautiful Faso gown, with delicately detailed floral sleeves that added texture, romance and a modern softness to her look. Later, she changed into a beautifully detailed Caroline Castigliano dress for the reception, introducing a second look that was equally stunning but designed with ease and celebration in mind. This seamless transition from ceremony to evening allowed Luísa to move, dance and enjoy every moment of the party in timeless style.

A Beautifully Styled Wedding Marquee

The marquee at 10 Castle Street was a true extension of the day’s elegant countryside feel. Flooded with florals by Whisper & Wild, the styling was soft, abundant and beautifully timeless, perfectly reflecting the white and neutral tones of Luísa’s bouquet. The florals brought a sense of style and romance to the space while keeping everything timeless and understated.

As evening fell, the marquee was transformed by candlelight, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere for the speeches. The soft glow added an extra layer of magic, making the space feel inviting and atmospheric as guests gathered to listen, laugh and celebrate together. Set within the grounds of the estate, the marquee offered the perfect balance of elegance and relaxed countryside charm, an unforgettable setting for a Dorset marquee wedding.

From Elegant Reception to Secret Cellar Afterparty

As the sun dipped and the celebrations continued, the energy of the day shifted seamlessly into evening. After an elegant reception upstairs, guests were invited to follow Luísa & Tim downstairs to the secret cellar, where the afterparty truly came alive. Hidden away beneath the house, the cellar created an intimate, atmospheric setting for dancing, music and late-night celebrations. It was the perfect contrast to the light-filled elegance of the day above, and a memorable way to end a wedding that truly had it all.
